1930’s Grade II listed building

We undertook a complete refurbishment of this property, working within the boundaries of English Heritage requirements and achieving the best solution for the client made this an exciting project.

The client had purchased the adjacent flat to their existing property in a Grade II listed block due to a growing family. Built by Blueprint worked closely with the client and architect within the English Heritage restrictions to marry the two flats together and to create a layout which flowed. The utilities within the block were shared and out of date. The challenge was to add modern sanitaryware and equipment within the three bathrooms which did not impact the shared utilities.

We incorporated the installation of a bespoke high end kitchen and our carpenters designed and built a matching utility room.

Bespoke joinery was used throughout to match the existing flat.
